Before Working at ENP:

Elimelech made Aliya from Ethiopia in 1984 at the age of 12. Previously, Elimelech was the director of an absorption center and project manager for the Jewish Agency and JDC. Through these roles he worked diligently to improve employment issues, housing, and field of leadership. He has volunteered as chairman of a non-profit organization called “Pthichat Shearim,” dedicated to the integration of women in the workforce.

Role at ENP:

Elimelech is a supervisor for Ashdod, Ashkelon, Holon, Tel Aviv, and Bat Yam and has been a supervisor since 2007.

Besides Working at ENP:

Elimelech lives in Ashkelon with his four children.
