Eliav is a 9th grade student in Kiryat Malachi. His parents made aliyah on Operation Solomon, although his father passed away when he was very young, and he has three sisters. Since his mother is a single parent and works extra hours at her store to support the family, Eliav lacks the help at home necessary for him to succeed in school. This past year was his first year in ENP’s SPACE program and his grades have skyrocketed from 50s to 100. He is very proud of his achievements through SPACE and enjoys the fun, personalized atmosphere. Being able to study in small groups with his SPACE teacher helps Eliav most. He loves the field trips and being able to spend time with friends. In the future, Eliav wants to work with the advanced combat systems in the air force, as well as pursue a career in hi-tech.
