I just graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Public Health and minors in Nutrition Science and Psychology.

What do you do for ENP?

I am working on a project to improve the nutrition involved in ENP's programs. I am looking into options for serving healthier food for lunch at the Scholastic Assistance programs as well as healthier snacks for the Youth Outreach Centers. I also spend time at the Youth Outreach centers.

What are your goals and aspirations for the future?

My ultimate goal is to be a Nurse. I will be attending Rush University in Chicago starting in the fall to study for a Masters Degree in Nursing.

What do you love about Israel?

The chutzpah of Israelis!

What is your favorite food in Israel?

hummus! and anything from marzipan!
