Why did you choose to volunteer with ENP?
While browsing volunteer organizations in Israel, ENP caught my eye because of it's amazing mission and enjoyable means of establishing it. The people in this organization truly care about the kids and are doing all they can to provide them with proper guidance, opportunities, and fun.
What do you hope to achieve through your experience with ENP?
I really hope to forge connections with the kids and help the team already working in the youth center. I want to talk to the teenagers about my life and current college experience and help expand their horizons and think about their future goals.
What is your favorite part of volunteering with ENP?
My absolute favorite part of volunteering is talking to the kids and getting to know them. Talking to them about music, listening to their friendly banter, and answering me their questions about life in America always fascinates me.
What is your favorite food in Israel?
Needless to say, all of the food in Israel is amazing! But I must say I especially love bamba, bisli, shoko besakit (I swear it tastes different in a bag), and Israeli cottage cheese.
