About Aviv:
Aviv is an aspiring singer-songwriter who speaks at length of his love for music, particularly American music. Aviv struggled to learn English and was placed in a special education class in high school. Yet Aviv’s teachers in the SPACE Program worked tirelessly with him. “I barely understood English at first and now I have a 100,” says Aviv proudly. Thanks to SPACE, Aviv decided to remain in high school for an extra year to finish his matriculation and today has a full matriculation certificate.
Future Plans:
Aviv now names English as his favorite subject in school, and he says that his dream is to become skilled enough that he will one day be able to write his own songs in English.
