The conference was held in the historic hall of the late President Haim Weizman, which is in the Jewish Agency building in Jerusalem. During the conference, the students heard a fascinating and inspiring lecture by the blind Olympic sprinter Mr. Baza Nababa, and later on a panel of students was held. In addition to the students, also attended, the staff of the National Project, Area Managers and Moderators, as well as distinguished representatives of the program at the US Embassy, ​​Ms. Manal Haddad- MEPI Program Director at the US Embassy, ​​and Ms. Lisa Bess Wishman – Director, American Center Jerusalem. Ms. Wishman told how the Ethiopian community is close to the heart. Her long-standing relationship with this special community began when she volunteered at the Arad Absorption Center 35 years ago when the first immigrants arrived in Israel during operation 'Moshe'.

As part of the leadership program, the students recognized the importance of doing for the community, and about their leadership in the wider social circles as a key to success.
