Dr. Itzick Sharir

ENP Co-Chair, Israel

Dr. Itzick Sharir is an accomplished Israeli business leader and CEO who has over 20 years of experience leading large multinational companies from Israel, the United States, United Kingdom and Belgium. Dr. Sharir received a Bachelor of Science from Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, a Master of Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Doctorate from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Dr. Sharir achieved great success serving as CEO for various international companies, including Sapiens, a publicly traded information technology firm. Other appointments included CEO of Orlite, an aerospace materials manufacturer and Nilit, one of the largest international manufacturers of nylon.

Dr. Sharir has served on the Board of Directors of a wide variety of corporations and non-profits, including the Keshet Eilon music center, Israel Discount Bank, Bank Leumi, The Israeli Society for Autistic Children and the Hadera Paper factories. Itzick commenced his sojourn as the Co-Chair of the Ethiopian National Project in July 2019.
