Why did you choose to volunteer with ENP?

I wanted an opportunity to raise the voices of marginalized people in Israel and advocate for their rights in Israeli society. ENP’s mission to integrate Ethiopians into Israeli society and fight for the same opportunities as other Israeli citizens sounded like an important initiative to me that I wanted to take part in.

What do you hope to achieve through your experience with ENP?

I hope to make members of the Ethiopian Jewish community feel seen and heard through photographing them and interviewing them and give them a welcoming and supportive platform to share their stories.

What is your favorite food in Israel?

Hummus and pita

Who do you admire the most and why?

My Mom because she always gives me the most unconditional love and support.

If you could be an animal, which would you be and why?

A dolphin because they are friendly and they also spend a lot of time in water and I love the ocean.
