Orit Taya

Municipal Leadership Program Director

Orit joined ENP in March 2021 and is responsible for executing and overseeing ENP's Municipal Leadership and Community Advocacy Training Program for Ethiopian-Israelis, supported by the German Federal Foreign Office’s funds by ifa (Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen), funding Programme zivik. Born in Ethiopia, Orit made Aliyah at the age of five as part of Operation Moses. Orit holds a BA in Communications from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, and an MA in Business Administration from the Peres Academic Center in Rehovot. She was part of the Peres Academic Center's steering committee for diversity and inclusion in academia.

Orit lives in Rehovot with her husband and three daughters.
