Avraham is a dreamer. He was born in Ethiopia and moved to Israel with his family when he was just two years old. When Avraham participated in an ENP-run trip and heard from Ethiopian Knesset member Avraham Naguise, he was inspired - inspired to dream bigger and to work harder. Since joining SPACE, Avraham has increased his math grades from 60s and 70s to 90s. SPACE’s small, individualized settings have provided Avraham with the confidence to ask questions and further engage with his schoolwork. Avraham now encourages younger students to participate in SPACE programs. He believes that SPACE provides him and other participants with the tools necessary to spark both personal and academic growth.
