Reuven made Aliyah with his family when he was just one. He has four brothers, two of which are old enough to tell him stories about what their life was like in Ethiopia. Since joining SPACE two years ago, Reuven’s English scores have gone from 60s to 90s and 100s, an improvement that has allowed him to dream of one day working in high tech. Reuven’s favorite SPACE-related activity was the opportunity to participate in Dialogue in the Dark at the Children’s Museum of Holon, an activity where a blind guide leads participants around dark areas in an effort to showcase the everyday experience of blind men and women. Reuven’s favorite food is traditional Ethiopian injera and he loves Israeli TV and rap music. Reuven also enjoys watching movies and playing soccer. He hopes to one day travel to Spain and Thailand.
