Ruti, 16 from Ashdod, was born in Israel and is one of seven daughters. She first heard about ENP’s SPACE program from other kids at her school and loves how the program allows her to see tangible results from her hard work. Ruti also likes the small class sizes of the program, which she thinks allows students to feel comfortable asking questions. She now works to encourage younger students to join SPACE, as she feels it facilitates understanding of schoolwork and provides students with the tools necessary to feel confident in the classroom. Ruti’s favorite book is “Game of Thrones” and her favorite food is falafel. Her favorite part of Israel is Jerusalem and she hopes to visit Ethiopia one day.
