Shoshana's Big Dreams

Youth in School
City: Beit Shemesh

"I really like that the classes in the program are small, with few students, so that it is easier for the teachers to focus on each student and their specific needs."

17-year-old Shoshana lives in Beit Shemesh with her family. Shoshana's family made Aliyah from Ethiopa  when she was just 5 years old.

Shoshana and her younger sister joined ENP's SPACE program after being encouraged to do so my many of their friends.

Sure enough, both Shoshana and her sister have seen huge improvements in their grades since beginning the program—with Shoshana’s average math grades going from less than 50 to above 80.

Shoshana particularly likes the small class numbers in the program and how dedicated the teachers are to helping each student with their specific needs—it really helps each of them grow and makes sure no one is left behind.

Shoshana’s favorite subject is English, and she dreams of one day becoming a bookkeeper.
