What I love about ENP:
gives me the opportunity to be with Ethiopian-Israelis and to do something meaningful with them and make a difference in their lives
Why did you choose to volunteer with ENP?
Having a lot of theoretical knowledge, I missed the practical experiences. I wanted to go back to Israel and work with a community that I didn't know much about. To do something meaningful in other’s lives, build trust and relationships with people I wouldn't meet otherwise and to learn about other cultures are the most important thriving forces to volunteer for a grassroots organization like ENP.
What do you hope to achieve through your experience with ENP?
A lot of amazing experiences, to implement a new activity or project and an improvement in English of the Ethiopian-Israeli youth whom I am in contact with.
If you were stranded on a deserted island, what three things would you bring along?
A bottle, pen and paper.
